The rationalization of the heat dissipation structure is a key element related to the smooth operation of the industrial control cabinet.

  

High temperature is the killer of electronic equipment. Too high temperature may cause instability and accelerate parts embrittlement.


With the continuous improvement of the CPUcpu frequency of industrial computers, the widespread application of high-speed computer hard disks and the frequent replacement of main control boards with excellent performance, the heat dissipation problems in industrial control cases have attracted more and more attention.

  

So far, the most effective industrial control chassis heat dissipation solution is to apply an interactive heat dissipation safe channel structure: the external strong cold air of the front industrial control chassis is sucked into the industrial control chassis from the 120mm high-speed steel ball fan vents on both sides of the hard disk enclosure and the industrial control chassis. Sucked in from the industrial control case, the north and south bridge chips, various boards, and the north bridge finally reached the periphery of the CPU, after passing through the CPU heat pipe radiator.

  

A part of the hot air is discharged out of the industrial control cabinet from the cooling fan outlet on the back side of the two 80mm industrial control cabinet high-speed domes, and the other is part of the industrial control cabinet power supply fan box.

  

The example fan uses a spherical fan, which has the advantages of large exhaust air volume, high speed ratio, low heat value, long life, low noise, preventing excessive noise, and realizing "emerald green" heat dissipation.
