If the 2U main box cannot be connected to the power supply, it is necessary to check whether the power supply system is normal, and whether the main power switch and automatic operation function are turned on. If everything is normal and the power can’t be turned on, you can first test whether everything is normal for the switching power supply. The way to detect the switching power supply is to remove the 24pin and square 4pin (two yellow wires and two black bars) on the computer motherboard from the computer. Unplug the motherboard, use a medical tweezers or a metal power cable to connect the green wire and any black strip (note the green wire). If the power supply fan can be turned after connecting these two wires, generally speaking, the switching power supply is no problem, it will be a short circuit fault on the computer motherboard, which can be repaired.

2. Can be connected to the power supply, but the display freezes and no information is displayed

Check whether the computer hard disk display light will flash after connecting to the power supply, and whether the keyboard number light is on, if it is abnormal, the device cannot be turned on, otherwise it may be that the display socket is loose or the bios is not good.
