One, the chassis

The case contains industrial power supply, passive backplane and electric fan. Industrial control power supply: It serves for N hours of continuous disconnection of the machine, so its function is better. The first thing to pay attention to is to minimize the entry of dust to prevent dust from affecting the operation of the fan. Avoid instantaneous power outages. An instantaneous power outage and sudden call will often cause an extremely high voltage in an instant, which is likely to "burn" the computer, and voltage fluctuations (too low or too high) will also cause damage to the computer. Therefore, power should be equipped as much as possible. In addition, it should be anti-static and anti-lightning.
Industrial Control Chassis

Passive backplane: It supplies power for various board cards (cards, graphics cards, sound cards, network cards, etc.). It should pay attention to three points in its usual protection: you can't remove and plug the board when the backplane is powered. Do not use too much force or too much force when pulling the card. When cleaning the bottom plate with alcohol, pay attention to avoid scratching the bottom plate. Do not accumulate dust in the slot, otherwise it will cause poor contact or even short circuit. Whether the metal feet in the slot are aligned, whether there are twists or not, otherwise it will affect the operation of the board in the system, which will cause various appearances such as no boot up, missing board, and crash. Electric fan: The electric fan in the industrial control box is specially described for the industrial control machine. It blows air into the chassis to lower the temperature in the chassis. It should pay attention to: Is the power supply connected to the plug, and the filter outside the fan should be cleaned on time (once a month) to prevent excessive dust from entering the case.

2. Motherboard (card) industrial computer motherboard

It is designed for long-term operation in special high and low temperature environments. It should be noted in its use: it cannot be plugged in and removed (memory, the mouse behind the board, keyboard, etc.), and it will cause plugging. The hole is damaged, unusable, severe or even damage the motherboard. The jumper on the motherboard cannot be jumped at will, please check the manual or user manual, otherwise it will be damaged due to the different voltage settings of different types of motherboards. The dust on the motherboard should be cleaned on time. Do not use alcohol or water. Use a dry brush, vacuum cleaner or Pishanjun to suck up or blow off the dust. Keep the memory slot on the motherboard clean, without broken or crooked feet. The golden fingers pierced into the passive backplane under the main board must be clean, and the backplane must be tightly inserted and inserted in place.

Three, hard disk, optical drive, floppy drive.

Hard disk: Do not disassemble the hard disk at will to avoid vibration and kneading. Try not to turn off the power of the computer while the hard disk is running, otherwise the hard disk track will be damaged and the data will be lost. Do not arbitrarily affect the jumper device on the hard disk. When transferring, it must be packed in antistatic plastic bags or fixed with anti-shock materials such as sponges. Viruses are often checked to prevent corrosion. When there are energy-saving functions in the operating system, try to use them reasonably to extend the life of the hard disk.

Optical drive: Do not open the door of the optical drive at will during use. Do not use damaged or discs to prevent dust from entering the optical drive. Do not make a sensation, misinterpretation, or beating of the optical drive during use. The data cable should be connected to ensure smooth reading of the optical drive.

Floppy drive: Do not put bad or poisonous disks in the floppy drive. Do not use defective and moldy floppy disks to prevent scratching the head. When the floppy drive is reading and writing to the disk (the indicator light of the floppy drive is on), do not force the disk to be taken out to prevent damage to the head or offset of the head, which may prevent normal reading and writing.

4. Various boards (graphics cards, sound cards, network cards, etc.)

What you need to pay attention to for the board is dustproof, the pins must be intact, the board penetrates vertically and cannot be misinterpreted, and the connectors on the external socket of the board cannot be plugged or inserted under power.
